Anyang City vigorously promotes clean heating. Seriously implement the "Anyang City Winter Clean Heating Pilot City Implementation Plan", use the central special subsidy funds to effectively improve the clean heating level in Anyang City. Vigorously promote decentralized cleaning and heating. Taking “Electricity on behalf of coal” as the mainstay and “Gas on behalf of coal” as the supplement, we will strive to complete clean heating renovation in the urban area and surrounding areas of 3 km. Zhoukou City vigorously promotes clean energy heating. In areas where power supply is guaranteed, electric power cleaning and heating projects will be implemented, and a number of distributed electric heating projects will be built.
