Tianjin City

"Coal-to-electricity" operation policy: The tiered electricity price will no longer be implemented and subsidies will be given during the heating period, and the maximum subsidy will be 8,000 kWh/household. In addition, each household guarantees an annual supply of liquefied petroleum gas for cooking.

Hebei Province

Unremittingly carry out loose coal remediation and clean replacement. Accelerate the implementation of gas-to-coal and electricity-to-coal projects, and basically achieve zero-clearing of scattered coal in the urban plains of 8 transmission channels.

Shaanxi Province

Accelerate the adjustment of energy structure, promote the management of scattered coal and clean heating in the whole village. The Guanzhong Plain will basically complete the task of replacing scattered coal for daily life and heating in winter before the heating period in 2020; the Guanzhong area will basically eliminate coal-fired boilers below 35 steam tons/hour.

Shanxi Province

By the end of October 2020, 8 key cities (Taiyuan, Yangquan, Changzhi, Jincheng, Linfen, Jinzhong, Luliang, Yuncheng) will complete the clean heating renovation content and goals filed by the state, realizing living in plains and replacing scattered coal for heating in winter .

The coverage rate of clean heating in 11 built-up areas of districts and cities, built-up areas of counties (cities) and surrounding urban-rural junctions will reach 100%, and in rural areas, we will strive to reach more than 60%. Pingcheng District, Yungang District, Yunzhou District of Datong City, Pinglu District and Shuocheng District of Shuozhou City, Xinfu District, Yuanping City, and Dingxiang County of Datong City in the northern Shanxi region have achieved clearing of scattered coal in plain areas.
