Key enterprises that have no relocation value and have obvious environmental impacts should be shut down (except for enterprises that must rely on cities or directly serve cities); other industrial enterprises that are not suitable for development in the main urban area should also be included in the scope of relocation. Accelerate the formulation of alternatives for shutting down and heating coal-fired units listed in the thermal power city rectification plan, and focus on cracking down the phenomenon of “thermal power siege”. By the end of 2019, 8 enterprises were relocated and reorganized, and the provincial government was actively engaged in the relocation and renovation of Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and Shigang was urged to complete the relocation on time.
