All in all, the carbon neutral target is only related to carbon dioxide, while the "net zero" target includes all greenhouse gases, and the "climate neutral" target also considers other effects, such as radiation effects. For most companies, carbon neutrality, net zero emissions, and climate neutrality mean the same thing. If an organization mainly emits carbon dioxide, it does not make much difference to use the terms "carbon neutral", "net zero emissions" or "climate neutral".
